Where is the Nowhere Company based?

We are currently based out of Melbourne, Australia.
 

Can I track my order?

All orders come with tracking which you will receive via email once your order is shipped. If you do not receive your tracking email you can send us an email at team@nowhereco.store and we will help you resolve the issue.
 

When will my order be shipped?

We ship Monday - Friday and try our best to ship all orders next day but please allow for 1-3 days after payment for your order to be shipped. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. 
 

How long will my order take to arrive?

All domestic orders are expected to arrive within 2-8 days. International orders can take anywhere from 12-21 days on averageOn occasions when Auspost is overwhelmed with orders, shipping times may be longer.
  

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We will happily exchange purchased items within 5 days of receiving.
Return shipping expenses, and extra re-shipping charge must be paid for by customer.
Please contact team@nowhereco.store to arrange exchange.
Exchange items must be unworn and in original packaging with tags.

Please choose carefully as we do not refund for change of mind, or wrong size ordered.
